Human Resources Manager

Beirut, Lebanon

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and shape our HR function for a fast-growing regional organization. This is a pivotal role that spans the entire employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and employer branding through performance management, learning and development, and HR operations. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies, building a strong employer brand
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration
  • Drive performance reviews, career development programs, and manager coaching initiatives
  • Design and deliver impactful learning and development programs
  • Build and execute employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Monitor HR metrics and continuously improve processes through digital tools and innovation


The Ideal Candidate:


Experience & Expertise

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
  • Proven track record working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance
  • Experience building HR processes and policies from the ground up
  • Proficiency in AI or digital HR tools is a plus

Als Recruitment Consultant bij Gentis ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken en selecteren van talent voor onze organisatie. Als Recruitment Consultant zal je: Een eigen netwerk uitbouwen van klanten en kandidaten op jouw nichemarkt, met jou als verbindend spilfiguur. Jij bent het eerste/enige contactpunt. Bestaande klant tevreden houden met jouw accountmanagement skills. Nieuwe klanten aantrekken om een partnerschap aan te gaan. Onsite meetings organiseren en leiden bij onze klanten om hen (en hun noden) beter te begrijpen.
