For one of our Clients, a law firm based in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Experienced Litigation Lawyer.




You will be responsible for:


· Being engaged on client relationships and contributing to the business development.

· Being engaged on complex litigation cases with a focus on financial litigation (inter alia shareholder/investor conflicts, conflicts in relation to investment funds, banking law and regulation related litigation; insolvency and restructuring law related conflicts).

Your profile:


· Minimum 6 years' experience in Litigation in Luxembourg;

· High Technical skills and good Commercial skills;

· Proficiency in English & French.

· Positive, Result oriented, Team player and Autonomous.

You will play a key role in safeguarding the group’s activities and supporting its international expansion.Main ResponsibilitiesCorporate Secretary & GovernancePrepare, organize, and draft minutes for General Meetings, Board Meetings, and other statutory assembliesOversee compliance with corporate formalities, including filings and publication of annual accountsSupport legal restructuring (liquidations, mergers, dissolutions) and corporate simplificationCommercial Contracts & PartnershipsDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements (B2B, B2C, IT, strategic partnerships, distribution, suppliers)Maintain and update contract templates and improve approval workflowsOperational & International SupportProvide legal advice to operational teams (marketing, sales, HR, product, etc.)Conduct regulatory watch (consumer law, commercial law, data protection, e-commerce, corporate law)Support international business development initiativesLitigation & Pre-LitigationManage claims and inquiries from authorities, consumers, or partnersMitigate risks and seek amicable dispute resolutionProvide legal support for HR-related disputesComplianceEnsure compliance with industry regulations, anti-corruption, competition law, data protection (GDPR or equivalent), and e-commerce rulesConduct internal training sessions and update internal codes of conductM&A and Strategic ProjectsManage the legal aspects of M&A and growth projectsCoordination with External CounselLiaise with and supervise law firms and other legal service providersMaintain and update the group’s legal database
