Investment Solutions Manager
We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation in the UAE that is expanding its investment and savings proposition. This is an exciting opportunity for an investment professional to play a key role in shaping investment solutions, fund offerings, and wealth-related products within a growing and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and act as a subject matter expert across investment solutions, fund selection, portfolio oversight, and product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and enhancement of investment and savings solutions for retail, affluent and high-net-worth client segments
• Conduct investment research, fund analysis and manager due diligence across a range of asset classes
• Monitor fund performance and prepare investment recommendations and reporting for senior management
• Maintain relationships with external asset managers, investment partners and product providers
• Contribute to investment governance processes, committee materials and portfolio reviews
• Support the design and implementation of new investment-linked and savings products
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, Product, Distribution, Risk and Compliance functions
• Deliver investment insights, market updates and technical support to commercial teams when required
• Stay abreast of market developments, investment trends and regulatory changes impacting investment products
Requirements
• 7–12 years of experience within investments, wealth management, asset management, private banking, insurance investments or investment advisory
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, ETFs, multi-asset portfolios, fixed income and investment products
• Experience in fund selection, investment research, portfolio construction or investment solutions
• Exposure to investment-linked, savings, wealth or insurance-based investment products is advantageous
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
• CFA Charterholder or CFA candidate preferred
• Relevant investment, finance or economics degree
