PMO Manager – IPO Readiness & Execution

Gentis is working on an exclusive and highly confidential mandate for a key player in the Saudi market. We are urgently hiring an experienced PMO Manager to lead and coordinate an IPO readiness and execution program. This role plays a central part in ensuring the company’s successful transition to public listing under Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations.


Full-time role based in Saudi Arabia.


Main Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coordinate the IPO program across multiple workstreams (Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, IT, etc.).
  • Establish and manage a centralized IPO governance framework with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure full alignment with CMA regulations and Saudi listing requirements.
  • Track progress, highlight risks, and ensure timely completion of all IPO-related tasks.
  • Act as the key interface with external advisors (investment banks, auditors, and legal counsel) and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain rigorous risk and issue tracking, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare clear and concise executive reporting dashboards for senior management and shareholders.
  • Support organizational change management to prepare the company for post-IPO operations.

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles - from consulting or corporate PMO environments
  • A BIG4 background is mandatory (past or current)
  • Prior experience in IPO readiness is essential, preferably with exposure to Tadawul/CMA listing processes in Saudi Arabia or UAE IPO environments (end-to-end IPO programs, managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional coordination, rather than focusing solely on financial due diligence aspects).
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of CMA and Saudi capital market regulations.
  • A PMP/PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging high-level stakeholders, coupled with strong organizational & reporting capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional integrity and strict confidentiality are essential.
