Sales Consultant – Microsoft Business Central

As a Sales Consultant for Microsoft Business Central, you manage the entire sales process for ERP solutions, from the very first contact to final deal closure. You play an integral part in expanding the customer base and ensuring ongoing satisfaction for existing clients by delivering tailored, high-value solutions that drive business growth.

  • Lead and oversee the full sales cycle—including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal writing, presentations, and negotiating agreements.
  • Initiate and build partnerships with new business clients, focusing on identifying opportunities where Microsoft Business Central can add value.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing ERP customers, ensuring loyalty and long-term collaboration.
  • Conduct in-depth customer needs analysis to match ERP capabilities with unique business requirements, using your IT knowledge and product expertise.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and solution recommendations to address complex sales cycles, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—consultants, technical specialists, and support staff—to develop the optimal solution and seamless post-sales experience.
  • Focus on exceeding margin and growth targets, using opportunities to demonstrate expertise in enterprise sales and partnership management.
  • Operate independently and flexibly, balancing multiple tasks while consistently aiming for outstanding commercial results.

Relevant experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems, enterprise sales, partnership management, complex B2B sales cycles, customer needs analysis, and proposal development will be applied daily. Communication in both English and Dutch is required for success in this role.
