IT Product Lead
As IT Product Lead, this includes ensuring service quality and security compliance for existing applications.
Your mission :
- You will be responsible for organizing the team's backlog, including:
- Bug fixes, upgrades, security patches, performance and resilience improvements, production monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Managing the effects of external initiatives or requests affecting the team's products.
- Lead and oversee a team of approximately 15 members, including internal staff, contractors, and offshore partners.
- Continuously raise the team's maturity level to ensure efficient product (applications and services) maintenance.
- Coordinate with various experts contributing to initiatives, such as:
- Epic/IT project managers
- Architects
- Security specialists
- Maintain a broad and effective network to foster collaboration with other teams and remove operational roadblocks.
Your profile :
- You have more than 5 years' experience in the insurance sector
- You have experience as People Manager
- You have a background in Java and Angular
- You speak French and English
