Senior Manager Transformation & Performance

En tant que Senior Manager Transformation et Performance, le titulaire du poste pilote la transformation de la Direction Executive Entreprise en garantissant la coordination entre équipes opérationnelles et DSI. Il assure la réussite des projets digitaux et métiers et favorise l’adoption de nouvelles pratiques pour renforcer l’efficience et la performance globale.

  • Pilotage des projets de transformation et AMOA en environnement B2B
  • Optimisation et digitalisation des processus métiers
  • Participation à la planification stratégique de la direction exécutive
  • Gestion de la performance opérationnelle et budgétaire
  • Consolidation des données et analyses pour business reviews
  • Élaboration de plans de rémunération variable en lien avec des KPI, en coordination avec la Direction Financière
  • Soutien aux équipes Marketing et Vente via des analyses data-driven et la réalisation de business cases (nouvelles offres telles que le Cloud et solutions ICT)
  • Management d’équipe et accompagnement de la conduite du changement auprès des utilisateurs

Ce poste demande la maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, cycle en V), de la cartographie des processus métiers, de l’analyse des besoins fonctionnels et du pilotage de grands projets de transformation digitale dans des environnements complexes et multi-acteurs.

Nous recherchons des candidats capables d’incarner une vision stratégique, dotés d’une véritable capacité à piloter et à réussir des transformations d’envergure, particulièrement dans des environnements complexes, orientés B2B.

  • Idéalement Bac+5, en ingénierie, systèmes d’information, management ou équivalent, garantissant une compréhension globale des enjeux organisationnels et technologiques.
  • Un parcours réussi, avec minimum 8 ans dans la gestion de projets de transformation, l’AMOA ou le conseil en stratégie, de préférence dans un cadre B2B ou un environnement fortement digitalisé.
  • Une expérience avérée de la digitalisation des processus métiers, du pilotage de projets complexes et de l’optimisation continue des activités, avec une excellente connaissance des méthodologies projets (Agile, Cycle en V) et des outils AMOA.
  • Une forte capacité à structurer, prioriser et anticiper, dans l’objectif d’améliorer l’efficience globale et la performance opérationnelle et financière.
