  • Manage the daily performance of the sales team
  • Coaching direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management and opportunity management
  • Engage, motivate and inspire our local sales team, with a focus on inclusivity
  • Actively participate in the management of all aspects of our customer acquisition strategy.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual growth targets.
  • Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuous management of sales activity.
  • Create a customer-centric culture and ensure a sales process that establishes customer sustainability and a healthy customer-centric ethic.
  • Monitor team attendance (time and attendance, performance, etc.).
  • Develop and execute strategic development plans.
  • Punctual team training.
  • Participate in interviews to recruit new team members.
  • Take responsibility for the team's sales activities in the sales systems: Hubspot, Dialpad, Pandadoc, etc.
