Your Role at Gentis

As a Recruiter, you are the key point of contact for both candidates and clients. You assess candidates' profiles, skills, and experience in detail, and you know exactly which person is the best fit for each opportunity, ensuring the perfect match.

Working closely with our clients, you gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and proactively source the right candidates through LinkedIn, your own network, and creative recruitment channels.

As a Recruiter, you screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, write compelling job advertisements, and manage the entire recruitment process from A to Z. But that's not all—you'll also have the opportunity to develop your commercial skills in account management and business development.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn Recruiter (junior or experienced) who enjoys working with people and has a passion for networking. Extensive experience isn't required, but an initial background in recruitment or business development is definitely an advantage.

✔ Bachelor's or Master's level of thinking and communication.
✔ Initial experience in recruitment or sales.
✔ Fluent in both spoken and written French and English. Dutch is a plus.
✔ You thrive on meeting new people, both professionally and personally.
