Position Overview
Senior Piping Engineer – Mechanical & Piping Engineering

The Senior Piping Engineer delivers engineering solutions within the mechanical and piping discipline, focusing on the design, analysis, and implementation of piping systems for complex engineering projects. The role ensures engineering standards are met while supporting project execution from concept through to delivery.

  • Oversee the design, layout, and integrity of piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry codes and project requirements.
  • Develop and review detailed piping designs and stress analysis, coordinating with other engineering disciplines to achieve optimal results.
  • Provide technical expertise for well design processes as part of integrated engineering solutions.
  • Contribute advanced structural analysis to verify the robustness and performance of piping systems under various loading conditions.
  • Prepare engineering documentation, technical specifications, and material take-offs for procurement and construction phases.
  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain alignment on scope and schedule.
  • Support method engineering activities, ensuring constructability and installation feasibility are considered in all designs.
  • Observe rigorous health, safety, and quality standards during all engineering activities.
  • Communicate effectively in English, preparing clear reports and presenting technical information to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in senior piping engineering roles, with demonstrated capacity for technical leadership and multidisciplinary integration.
  • Comprehensive proficiency in piping design, with proven experience delivering robust and code-compliant systems for complex engineering projects.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on involvement in well design, showcasing the ability to assess, specify, and optimize piping infrastructure in association with well engineering requirements.
  • Deep understanding of structural analysis principles, ensuring safety, compliance, and longevity of piping systems within diverse operational contexts.
  • Exposure to method engineering is considered advantageous, adding to the breadth of technical versatility and project optimization skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, capable of articulating complex ideas, producing comprehensive documentation, and collaborating effectively in international teams.

Position Overview:This role is responsible for supporting the Financial Controller by combining bookkeeping duties with process automation and optimization initiatives.
