In deze rol krijg je de kans om een moderne CRM-omgeving verder uit te bouwen die Sales, Marketing en Customer Service samenbrengt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de business maximaal rendeert door de juiste keuzes te maken, prioriteiten scherp te stellen en een duidelijke visie uit te dragen.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Vertalen van de behoeften van de business naar concrete functionele oplossingen.
  • Afwegen van business value tegenover productiekosten en gefundeerde beslissingen nemen.
  • Samen met de business de roadmap en prioriteiten bepalen.
  • Sprintgewijs nieuwe features opleveren en de scope van releases bewaken.
  • Evoluties binnen CRM en de markt opvolgen en vertalen naar nieuwe opportuniteiten.
  • Gebruik opvolgen en meenemen in continue verbeteringen.
  • Rapporteren rechtstreeks aan de Application Manager.
