Votre profil


  • Vous justifiez d'un an d'expérience minimum dans ce secteur
  • Vous détenez un diplôme d'ingénieur en électromécanique, génie industriel, ou équivalent
  • Vous avez des connaissances en électricité (basse/moyenne/haute tension) et/ou en HVAC dans le tertaire par exemple
  • Vous parlez français et êtes doté, idéalement, de bonnes connaissances en néerlandais ou anglais.

BIM Modeleur HVAC et/ou Sanitaire pour la région de Charleroi,La mission consiste à modéliser des installations HVAC et sanitaires via Revit dans des projets de construction et rénovation. Onderhoudstechnieker HVAC

Als Onderhoudstechnieker HVAC ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van HVAC-installaties, met name binnen utiliteitsbouw en openbare instellingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat luchtgroepen, ventilatiesystemen en verwarmingsinstallaties optimaal functioneren door tijdig en grondig onderhoud uit te voeren. Dit doe je steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids-, gezondheids- en hygiënevoorschriften en met aandacht voor het milieu.Zelfstandig uitvoeren van gepland en correctief onderhoud aan HVAC-installaties.Toepassen van de “code van de goede praktijk” bij alle werkzaamheden.Monteren en demonteren van onderdelen van verwarmingssystemen en ventilatie-installaties.Uitvoeren van controles, metingen en simpele diagnoses van technische defecten.Gebruik maken van je praktische kennis van verwarmingssystemen en regelingen om storingen te voorkomen en op te lossen.Zorgvuldig werken met oog voor detail en kwaliteit bij het onderhoud van installaties.Rapporteren van uitgevoerde werken en constateringen conform interne procedures.Het werkgebied bevindt zich in een straal van ongeveer 40 kilometer rond Lochristi. Je krijgt een eigen volledig uitgeruste camionette om jouw werk onafhankelijk uit te voeren.

Als ploegbaas CV/SANITAIRben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding van een montageploeg in utiliteitsprojecten (scholen, rusthuizen, sporthallen, …).Je raadpleegt technische projectdocumenten zoals plannen en lastenboeken en stemt af met de projectleider over de planning en uitvoering.Je plant enkele weken vooruit om fouten of vertragingen te voorkomen, regelt de bestelling van materialen en controleert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden op kwaliteit en conformiteit met procedures.Je verdeelt de taken onder (hulp)monteurs, afgestemd op bezetting en werklast, en geeft duidelijke instructies over de uit te voeren werken.Waar mogelijk en nodig werk je mee als monteur binnen het team.Bij onvoorziene omstandigheden pas je het tracé van installaties aan voor een correcte uitvoering.Je combineert praktijk met administratie: werkregistratie, materiaalverbruik en het doorgeven van info aan ontwerpers of werkvoorbereiders voor aanpassing van plannen.Je communiceert proactief met de projectleider over eventuele problemen of veranderende omstandigheden, en zoekt samen naar doeltreffende oplossingen.Je stemt af met de werfleider of projectleider van de hoofdaannemer voor een vlotte samenwerking op de werf.De functie vraagt een sterk organisatorisch vermogen, kennis van sanitaire systemen en HVAC-installaties, en het vermogen om kwaliteit en planning te waarborgen binnen een vaste montageploeg in projecten in de regio rond Lochristi.
