Nous recherchons un chef de Projet expérimenté pour piloter des projets industriels et d'infrastructure en Belgique. Vous piloterez des projets complexes, gérerez des équipes multidisciplinaires et assurerez le respect des délais, budgets et normes de sécurité.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Planifier et superviser l'exécution complète de projets
  • Gérer les équipes, coordonner les corps de métier et assurer la communication entre acteurs
  • Élaborer les budgets, suivre les coûts et optimiser les ressources
  • Respecter les délais et adapter les plannings selon les contraintes du terrain
  • Assurer la conformité VCA et promouvoir une culture de sécurité
  • Gérer les risques et mettre en place des solutions préventives
  • Maintenir une documentation complète du projet
  • Effectuer des déplacements réguliers sur les chantiers
  • Collaborer avec clients, fournisseurs et autorités pour la conformité

Profil du Candidat

Vous devez être rigoureux, organisé, capable de prendre des décisions et communiquer efficacement.

Expérience et expertise requises :

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets industriels ou infrastructure/voirie
  • Expérience démontrée en people management et direction d'équipes
  • Connaissance approfondie des normes VCA et standards de sécurité
  • Expérience en gestion d'échafaudages (un plus)
  • Diplôme de bachelier en construction, génie civil ou domaine connexe
  • Maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance du néerlandais
  • Capacité à se déplacer régulièrement en Belgique
