Als Business Development Manager ontwikkel je de Belgische markt voor 5G- en Fiber-oplossingen, met een sterke focus op FTTB-projecten. Je identificeert nieuwe commerciële kansen en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met klanten, partners en installatiebedrijven.

Je werkt samen met gespecialiseerde spelers (zoals installatie- en integratiepartners) om bestaande gebouwen en nieuwe infrastructuurprojecten – o.a. ziekenhuizen, campussen en onderwijsinstellingen – future-proof te connecteren.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Actief identificeren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe business opportunities (FTTB & 5G)
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van strategische partnerships binnen de telecomsector
  • Adviseren van klanten over Fiber- en 5G-oplossingen
  • Detecteren van connectiviteitskansen in bestaande gebouwen en nieuwbouwprojecten voor niet-residentiële toepassingen
  • Ontwikkelen van campus connectivity-oplossingen voor universiteiten en onderwijsinstellingen
  • Onderhandelen van commerciële voorwaarden en contracten
  • Opvolgen van markttrends, concurrentie en pipeline
  • Rapporteren van resultaten en voortgang aan het management
  • Vertegenwoordiging op netwerkevents en sectorbijeenkomsten

Wie zoeken we?

  • 3–5 jaar ervaring in business development, sales of een commerciële rol
  • Ervaring in telecom, IT-infrastructuur of technologie is een sterke troef
  • Interesse in of kennis van 5G, Fiber, FTTB en breedbandoplossingen
  • Sterk in prospectie, relatiebeheer en deal closing
  • Zelfstandig, ondernemend en resultaatgericht
  • Sterk in Key Account Management
  • Sterke communicator die techniek vertaalt naar verstaanbare taal
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus

Je komt terecht in een toonaangevende internationale organisatie binnen telecom en digitale infrastructuur. Ze spelen een sleutelrol in de uitbouw van fiber- en 5G-netwerken en werken samen met sterke partners aan grootschalige en innovatieve connectiviteitsprojecten.
