IT TEAM LEADER (APPLICATION)
đź“ŚROLE:
Responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and support of applications. This position involves leading a team of developers, analysts, and support staff to deliver high-quality, efficient software solutions that align with business needs, while ensuring system availability.
đź“ŚRESPONSABILITIES:
1) Team Leadership (+- 15 people)
✔Inspire, mentor, and guide an international team of developers, business analysts, and support personnel;
✔Oversee daily team operations to ensure timely delivery of new features, change requests, and maintenance tasks;
✔Facilitate regular team meetings, conduct performance reviews, and provide career development support;
2) Project Coordination
✔Plan and prioritize project schedules and resources;
✔Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define project scope and plans;
✔Ensure project delivery adheres to timelines, budgets, and scope;
3) Technical Oversight
✔Offer technical expertise in designing, developing, and implementing contract management solutions;
4) Cross-Department Collaboration
✔Act as a bridge between the IT department and business units, ensuring seamless communication;
5) Vendor Relations
✔Discuss project roadmaps and budgets to align with organizational priorities;
6) Risk and Compliance Management
đź“ŚQUALIFICATION:
✔Knowledge of French or Dutch with a good understanding of the second national language. English is mandatory;
✔At least 10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role;
✔Demonstrated expertise in change management, including successful software development and implementation;
✔Strong knowledge of software development methodologies;
✔Experience with DevOps and Agile practices is a plus
