Service Engineer (Regio Antwerpen)

  • Leiden of assisteren bij de installatie en ingebruikname van nieuwe apparatuur en systemen bij klanten ter plaatse, met waarborging van de bedrijfsstandaarden en klantspecificaties.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud en herstelwerken aan installaties op verschillende internationale locaties.
  • Diagnose en troubleshooting van technische problemen, het bieden van adequate oplossingen voor een minimale stilstand bij de klant.
  • Professioneel en tijdig behandelen van klantvragen en technische issues.
  • Zorgvuldig rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden aan de Operations Manager.

De functie vereist een bachelor diploma in onderhoudstechnieken (of gelijkwaardig via ervaring), vaardigheid in het lezen van technische tekeningen en documentatie, en sterke communicatie- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Noodzakelijk zijn een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans of Duits geldt als een pluspunt. Kandidaat moet zelfstandig en in team kunnen werken, bereid zijn tot frequente buitenlandse verplaatsingen, en vlot technische ondersteuning kunnen bieden.

Profile description

Er wordt verwacht dat je vlot kan schakelen tussen verschillende technische situaties en graag de uitdaging aangaat om klanten snel en professioneel verder te helpen.

  • Technische kennis: Een bachelordiploma in onderhoudstechnieken of gelijkwaardige ervaring is belangrijk. Je hebt een sterk ontwikkeld analytisch denkvermogen en bent vertrouwd met het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en documentatie.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Naast een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands kun je ook vlot communiceren in het Engels. Kennis van Frans of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Probleemoplosser: Je bent bedreven in het snel en accuraat diagnosticeren van technische problemen en werkt oplossingsgericht om de klant optimaal te ondersteunen.
  • Klantgericht: Je treedt professioneel op in alle klantcontacten, communiceert helder en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen bij zowel interne als externe partners.
  • Internationale flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om regelmatig te reizen binnen en buiten Europa en past je moeiteloos aan verschillende omgevingen en culturen aan.
  • Zelfstandig en teamspeler: Je kan zowel autonoom werken als in teamverband bijdragen aan het gezamenlijke resultaat. Je bent leergierig en deelt je kennis graag met collega’s.
