Wat ga je doen?

Als Booking Care Executive ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten tijdens het hele boekingsproces. Je zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte registratie van alle inkomende boekingen en start vervolgens de administratieve verwerking van de transportdossiers op. Jij zorgt dat klanten zich onderweg geen zorgen hoeven te maken. Hierbij horen bijvoorbeeld:


  • Bevestigen van boekingen en opvolgen van lopende dossiers
  • Signaleren en behandelen van speciale vereisten, zoals gevaarlijke goederen of temperatuurgevoelige zendingen
  • Checken van de binnenkomende informatie op volledigheid en kwaliteit
  • Samenwerken met ons eigen transportbedrijf voor het regelen van voortransport
  • Overleggen met verschillende interne én externe collega’s om alles soepel te laten verlopen
  • Registreren en bijhouden van je administratie, volgens onze procedures
  • Detecteren van verbeterpunten in onze processen en deze bespreken met het team
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij het gebruik van nieuwe digitale tools

In deze rol werk je veel samen met je directe collega’s en rapporteer je aan de Booking Care Teamlead. Daarnaast is er binnen je dagelijkse werk vaak overleg met de transportplanning, sales en externe partners.


  • Functiefocus: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van het boekingsproces binnen het transportmanagement, met een focus op kwalitatieve en tijdige uitvoering.
  • Vaardigheden die je gebruikt: onderhandelingstechnieken, logistieke coördinatie en projectmatig werken komen geregeld aan bod in deze functie.
  • Talen: Je werkt dagelijks in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Profile description
