Votre mission

Dans un groupe leader du secteur de la construction, vous prenez en charge la gestion stratégique des achats de matériaux et fournitures de gros œuvre. À la tête d’une équipe d’acheteurs et d’approvisionneurs, vous pilotez l’optimisation des coûts et garantissez la disponibilité des ressources essentielles pour les projets en cours, dans le respect des délais impartis.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Définition et mise en œuvre de la stratégie achats pour les fournitures de gros œuvre (acier, fer, béton, hydrocarbures).
  • Gestion et optimisation des coûts en négociant avec des fournisseurs locaux et internationaux.
  • Pilotage des appels d’offres et contractualisation des achats en collaboration avec les équipes juridiques.
  • Suivi des approvisionnements et de la logistique pour garantir la disponibilité des matériaux dans les délais de chantier.
  • Management d’une équipe d’acheteurs et d’approvisionneurs, définition des priorités et accompagnement des collaborateurs.
  • Évaluation et développement du panel fournisseurs, veille de marché et identification de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Utilisation de SAP ARIBA pour la gestion des achats et le suivi des performances fournisseurs.
  • Collaboration avec les équipes projets et chantiers pour anticiper les besoins et résoudre les contraintes d’approvisionnement.
Profile description
  • Ingénieur d'État en Génie Civil, ou Industriel
  • Expérience de 5 à 8 ans en achats de gros œuvre dans le BTP.
  • Maîtrise des processus achats et supply chain appliqués aux matériaux de construction.
  • Expérience en management d’une équipe d’acheteurs et d’approvisionneurs.
  • Connaissance des outils ERP, notamment SAP ARIBA.
  • Capacités analytiques, rigueur et fortes compétences en négociation.
  • Objectif principal : optimiser les coûts et garantir le respect des délais d’approvisionnement.
