Job description

Technieker Koeltechniek met de ambitie om te groeien richting projectleiding binnen de regio West-Vlaanderen. In deze veelzijdige functie werk je aan zowel het mechanisch ontwerp als het onderhoud van koelsystemen, van het eerste concept tot en met de uiteindelijke uitvoering. Jouw taken zijn breed en bieden veel afwisseling binnen de koeltechnische wereld.

  • Koeltechnische systemen: Zelfstandig en in team werken aan het ontwerpen, onderhouden en optimaliseren van industriële koelingssystemen en airco-installaties.
  • Projectplanning: Ondersteunen bij de planning, opvolging en scheduling van uiteenlopende koeltechnische projecten, met het oog op toekomstige groei richting projectcoördinatie.
  • HVAC-systemen: Bijdragen aan het ontwerp, de voorbereiding en de implementatie van HVAC-projecten binnen diverse omgevingen.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Actief meewerken aan het verhogen van de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties door kwaliteitscontrole, troubleshooting en efficiënt resource management.
  • Multi-technische samenwerking: Werken binnen een multidisciplinair team van specialisten, waarbij kennisdeling centraal staat.

Deze rol vereist ervaring in koeltechniek, kennis van HVAC-systemen en een praktische aanpak met oog voor technische perfectie en groei naar projectleiding.

Profile description

Wij zoeken kandidaten die technisch gedreven zijn en een passie hebben voor koeltechniek. Het ideale profiel is iemand die niet enkel graag sleutelt, maar ook bereid is om door te groeien naar een meer coördinerende rol binnen projecten.

  • Proactieve en leergierige houding: Je neemt initiatief, toont verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent steeds bereid nieuwe kennis op te doen, zeker richting projectleiding.
  • Teamspeler en communicator: Je werkt graag samen, communiceert helder en bouwt vlot relaties op binnen het team en met externe partners.
  • Kwaliteitsbewust en oplossingsgericht: Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Problemen ga je niet uit de weg, maar los je doelgericht en constructief op.
  • Technisch onderlegd: Je hebt ervaring in koeltechniek en bij voorkeur ook het relevante certificaat. Kennis van HVAC, airco, industriële koeling en multi-technieken is een duidelijke troef.
  • Affiniteit met projectmatig werken: Je hebt inzicht in projectplanning, resourceplanning en kwaliteitscontrole, en bent klaar om deze kennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en zelfstandig: Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken en stelt je flexibel op bij wisselende opdrachten.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands: Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
