Dans le cadre d’un gros chantier, nous recherchons un HSE Manager expérimenté pour assurer la gestion de la santé, sécurité et environnement sur site.

  • Veiller à la conformité des activités HSE avec les exigences client, la législation locale et les normes internationales.
  • Mettre à jour et faire appliquer le plan HSE du site.
  • Organiser et animer les réunions HSE hebdomadaires et les Toolbox meetings.
  • Rédiger les JSA (Job Safety Analysis) et les RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).
  • Émettre et suivre les rapports de non-conformité.
  • Suivre les indicateurs HSE (taux de fréquence, gravité, etc.) et établir les reportings mensuels.
  • Gérer les EPI et les certificats de formation obligatoires.
  • Mener les enquêtes d’accidents et proposer les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Collaborer avec les représentants HSE du client et des sous-traitants.
  • Assurer une veille réglementaire et participer à la préparation aux situations d’urgence.


Profielbeschrijving
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience sur des gros projets (chantier industriel, data center, pharma, énergie...).
  • Expérience avérée sur des environnements techniques complexes.
  • Maîtrise des documents HSE (JSA, RAMS, plans, rapports).
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie, à interagir avec divers interlocuteurs et à prendre des décisions.
  • Bonne maîtrise de MS Office, plateformes documentaires, outils de reporting HSE.
  • Français et anglais professionnels obligatoires (écrit & oral).
