Senior Robotics & Automation Engineer
Role Overview: The role includes involvement in both robotics programming and broader industrial automation efforts, with an emphasis on system optimization in a GMP-regulated environment for a new big robotics project.
- Lead and execute robotics automation projects, ensuring strict adherence to GMP guidelines throughout all activities.
- Develop, test, and implement programs for a variety of industrial robots to enhance production efficiency and reliability.
- Design and maintain effective PLC and SCADA systems for new and existing automated lines, including contribution to SCADA revamping projects and providing troubleshooting support.
- Collaborate closely with an established automation team, exchanging expertise to deliver high-impact solutions and seamless integration into existing processes.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and technical reports in both English and French.
- Participate in site activities with flexible remote work options (initially one day per week, potentially two as the mission progresses).
- Contribute to team expansion and future automation initiatives, supported by validated budget extensions.
Objectives include delivering robust, compliant automation solutions, optimizing operational performance, and supporting site-wide automation strategies.
