Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Federal Authority



Based in Abu Dhabi and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role focuses on leading and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for high-level roles within financial services, asset management, and banking. The position plays a key role in driving Emiratization initiatives and building a robust employer brand in line with federal mandates.

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes for senior and executive positions, especially within financial functions, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that support Emiratization goals and attract high-caliber professionals from local and international markets.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, optimizing service agreements to ensure high-quality talent pipelines and cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the Authority as an employer of choice within the financial sector.
  • Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, align recruitment plans, and influence decision-making through strategic talent insights.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and federal recruitment policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Support broader HR operations and participate in change management initiatives linked to new talent programs or organizational transformation.
  • Conduct senior-level interviews and provide guidance on assessment methodologies and selection criteria.
  • Deliver clear communications and talent updates to senior leadership in both English and Arabic as required.

This role requires extensive managerial experience and expertise in talent acquisition within financial, banking, or asset management sectors, ensuring the Federal Authority attracts and retains top-tier professionals.

  • Brings over 8 years of robust experience in talent acquisition, with a proven record of managing high-level recruitment processes, particularly within asset management, financial services, or banking industries.
  • Exhibits outstanding managerial abilities, having led teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments and overseen end-to-end recruitment strategies at a senior level.
  • Has significant expertise in recruiting financial leaders and professionals for top-tier roles, understanding the nuances of financial and regulatory requirements within the UAE context.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to Emiratization and fostering the representation of UAE Nationals in key corporate roles, combining strategic intent with practical execution.
  • Possesses a solid foundation in HR business partnering, talent and change management, adeptly aligning recruitment initiatives with business objectives and organizational transformation.
  • Is proficient in vendor management, able to build, assess, and maintain strong relationships with recruitment partners to ensure efficient talent pipelines.
  • Champions employer branding, representing the Authority professionally while promoting our values and unique work culture to top-tier talent.
  • Brings thorough knowledge of employment law and HR policies, ensuring consistent compliance and risk mitigation in all recruitment practices.
  • Excels in developing and executing recruitment strategies on both a corporate and global scale, supporting the Authority’s mission and future-ready workforce.
  • Communicates fluently in both English and Arabic, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement and effective negotiations with a diverse and multicultural audience.
  • Displays integrity, discretion, and the highest standards of professionalism, serving as a trusted HR advisor to executive leadership.
