As a Freelance Service Desk Coordinator, you will lead and optimize 1st and 2nd line support operations over a 3–6 month mission based in Belgium.

  • Coordinate and streamline support activities across multiple teams and suppliers, focusing on both organization and continuous improvement of helpdesk processes.
  • Oversee incident and ticket management using Jira Service Management and ensure that dashboards and KPIs are set up and monitored, leveraging Excel for data collection and reporting. Power BI experience is a plus for advanced analytics.
  • Work closely with internal technology teams—such as infrastructure and software development—as well as external legal clients, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
  • Assess and help to renegotiate supplier contracts, supporting procurement and contract management initiatives. Apply your understanding of legal practices to support structured supplier evaluations.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend actionable process improvements aimed at enhancing SLA/KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Drive better coordination between 1st and 2nd line support teams and foster alignment in multi-stakeholder environments.

The primary objective of this role is to simplify, structure, and improve support operations for higher service quality and efficiency. A strong grasp of leadership, stakeholder management, business process optimization, and legal support environments is expected.

  • Data-driven organizers skilled with Jira Service Management, Microsoft Excel, and (ideally) Power BI—comfortable setting up dashboards, tracking KPIs, and using data to identify trends and inspire change.
  • Process improvers with a history of streamlining support workflows and introducing best practices, driving tangible advances in service quality and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder-focused problem solvers who handle complexity with composure, proactively working to bridge gaps between teams and ensuring that performance objectives and SLAs are met.
  • Contract-savvy evaluators—those with experience in supplier assessment or renegotiation can add significant value by strengthening vendor relationships and optimizing service agreements.
  • Comfort in a freelance, mission-driven context is essential; we value professionals who are self-motivated and can quickly gain trust within a multi-team environment.

Une expérience préalable en gestion de sinistres incendie ou RC est valorisée, tout comme la capacité à traiter efficacement l’analyse contractuelle et la souscription en assurance incendie.

SAP Data Migration and Synchronization ArchitectThis senior role centers on steering all aspects of data migration and synchronization for the organization’s transition from SAP Business Suite to SAP S/4HANA and satellite SAP solutions including BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Intelligent Business Planning, Intelligent Asset Management, Cloud-for-Customer, and Customer Data Cloud.Coordinate the analytical and technical efforts required to prepare and migrate data in SAP Business Suite and integrated platforms (such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, FI-CA, CRM) to the new S/4HANA environment.Collaborate with Domain Architects, Business Area Leads, and technical and functional teams to ensure readiness of data for ERP transition.Lead and validate data cleansing and quality initiatives, working closely with SAP teams and business units to secure optimal data integrity.Assess and validate the data migration and synchronization strategy proposed by System Implementation Partners, providing reporting and technical insight to program leadership.Oversee and validate the execution of data migration tasks by internal teams and external System Integrators, ensuring processes adhere to the planned approach and standards.Coordinate data synchronization between SAP systems and legacy applications, ensuring smooth operation of key interfaces and data extractors.Document lessons learned and provide knowledge transfer to optimize future migration projects and organizational learning.Collaborate with System Implementation Partners to manage and execute structured data loads throughout the S/4HANA migration process.Post-migration, work with SAP Data Governance Architect to maintain robust data governance and ongoing data management in the S/4HANA landscape.Scope includes data warehousing, project planning and scheduling, data governance, and stakeholder management. Working knowledge of English and French is required; Dutch is advantageous.

Senior IT Support / IT Administrator

Senior IT Support / IT Administrator based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE, is responsible for overseeing the IT environment and daily support operations across the organization. The role involves direct management of core infrastructure and cloud solutions, along with end-user technical issue resolution.
