Responsabilités Principales:

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à atteindre les objectifs à court et long terme de l'entreprise, en alignement avec sa vision et ses valeurs.
  • Superviser toutes les opérations de l'entreprise, incluant la production, la logistique, la distribution, la qualité, les achats, les ventes et les finances, en veillant à l'efficacité et à la rentabilité globale.
  • Identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités commerciales sur les marchés locaux et internationaux, en élargissant le portefeuille de produits et en renforçant la présence de l'entreprise dans le secteur des céréales.
  • Recruter, former, motiver et superviser une équipe multiculturelle hautement performante, en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et en assurant le développement professionnel continu des employés.
  • Garantir le respect de toutes les réglementations locales et internationales en matière de santé, de sécurité, d'environnement, de qualité et de droit du travail, tout en assurant le respect des normes éthiques les plus élevées.
  • Élaborer et gérer le budget annuel de l'entreprise, surveiller les performances financières, analyser les indicateurs clés de performance et prendre des mesures correctives lorsque nécessaire pour assurer sa viabilité financière.
  • Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes externes, y compris les clients, les fournisseurs, les partenaires commerciaux, les autorités gouvernementales et les communautés locales, afin de promouvoir une image positive de l'entreprise et d'assurer sa durabilité à long terme.

Profil recherché :

  •     Diplôme d’ingénieur généraliste, idéalement complété par un diplôme de management tel qu'un MBA.
  •     Au moins 15 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'entreprises industrielles.
  •     Connaissance approfondie des processus de production et des technologies utilisées dans le secteur des céréales.
  •     Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation, avec la capacité à établir et à entretenir des relations harmonieuses avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  •     Mobilité internationale et disponibilité à résider et à travailler au Cameroun
