Deze rol bevindt zich op het snijvlak van business en IT, met de focus op het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen en het ondersteunen van succesvolle projectopleveringen binnen een ICT-omgeving.

Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Business Process Reengineering: Analyseren, herontwerpen en implementeren van bedrijfsprocessen om de operationele efficiëntie te verbeteren en af te stemmen op de organisatie­strategie. Gebruikmaken van methodologieën zoals BPMN en best practices uit de sector om workflows te documenteren en te optimaliseren, met nadruk op ERP- en Dynamics 365-omgevingen.
  • Projectplanning & -planning: Samenwerken met IT- en businessteams ter ondersteuning van de planning en scheduling van ICT-projecten. Voorbereiden van projectdocumentatie, coördineren van resources, volgen van projectmijlpalen en rapporteren over de voortgang via samenwerkings­tools zoals Azure DevOps.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Bevorderen van effectieve communicatie tussen stakeholders en het overbruggen van business en IT. Coördineren van requirements gathering, managen van stakeholder­verwachtingen en zorgen voor afstemming gedurende projecten en veranderings­processen.

Vereiste Vaardigheden & Technische Expertise

  • Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement binnen ICT- en business verander­contexten.
  • Ervaren in business analyse, inclusief requirements gathering en proces­mapping volgens BPMN-standaarden.
  • Bekend met ERP-systemen en Dynamics 365 (D365) voor het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Basiservaring met Azure DevOps voor projectcoördinatie.

Talen

  • Nederlands: Uitstekende beheersing voor effectieve documentatie en stakeholder­communicatie.
  • Engels: Goede beheersing om te functioneren in een internationale IT-omgeving.


Profielbeschrijving

We zoeken mensen die goed gedijen in een dynamische, internationale omgeving en echt verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor hun werk. Jij bent iemand die snel ingewikkelde processen begrijpt en kansen ziet om dingen efficiënter te maken, vooral binnen technische of productiebedrijven.

Ervaring: Je hebt al een tijdje gewerkt als ERP Business Analyst, bij voorkeur in een adviesbureau of een internationaal bedrijf met meerdere vestigingen.

Procesgericht: Je vindt het leuk om bedrijfsprocessen uit te zoeken en in kaart te brengen. Je houdt het overzicht, maar let ook op de belangrijke details. Werken met BPMN en gestructureerde documentatie gaat je makkelijk af.

ERP-kennis: Je bent vertrouwd met Microsoft Dynamics 365 en kunt goed schakelen tussen wat de business nodig heeft en wat het systeem kan bieden. Kennis van Azure DevOps en Business Central is een plus.

Goede communicator: Je kunt workshops en gesprekken leiden met mensen op verschillende niveaus, van medewerkers tot managers, en je communiceert duidelijk en praktisch.

Supply chain inzicht: Je begrijpt hoe de supply chain werkt en kunt operationele wensen goed vertalen naar IT-oplossingen.

Flexibel en mobiel: Je bent bereid om te reizen binnen Europa, past je makkelijk aan verschillende teams aan en gaat goed om met veranderingen.

Talen: Je spreekt en schrijft goed Engels en Nederlands.

Ambitieus en praktisch: Je neemt graag het initiatief, wilt groeien in je rol en ziet het zitten om door te groeien naar Project Lead of ERP Manager.
