Communications & PR Specialist (UAE National)

An opportunity for an experienced communications professional to play a key role in the planning and execution of comprehensive corporate communication activities within a dynamic, forward-thinking team environment.

  • Internal & External Communication: Draft and deliver content for various audiences, such as internal newsletters, announcements, and stakeholder updates, ensuring clarity and impact in both Arabic and English.
  • Media Relations: Support in preparing press releases and briefing materials, building engagement with media outlets, and tracking media coverage to ensure positive brand presence.
  • Social Media & Digital Platforms: Oversee and manage social media accounts, create engaging digital content, and monitor platform analytics to optimize communication effectiveness.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, preparing communication materials, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring consistent brand messaging throughout.
  • Content Development: Develop compelling written, visual, and audio-visual materials, leveraging video editing and voice content creation skills for multi-format campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency: Help ensure all communication materials reflect the organization’s brand guidelines and regulatory standards across all channels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, report on communication initiatives, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaboration with team members and other departments as needed will be essential for delivering on these responsibilities. The role involves leveraging knowledge of digital tools, content creation, event marketing, and basic video production within a regulated or professional environment.

  • Bilingual expertise: Outstanding fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to switch effortlessly between languages when drafting and editing communication materials.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in a professional or regulated environment, demonstrating adaptability and a sound understanding of corporate communication best practices.
  • Proactive approach: Naturally resourceful, energetic, and willing to take initiative when supporting communication strategies and responding to emerging needs.
  • Strong communication skills: Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with an aptitude for creating clear, engaging content across formats.
  • Organisational excellence: Highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines with composure and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset: Comfortable working independently and as an integral part of a team, actively contributing ideas and supporting team objectives.
  • Media & digital agility: Exposure to media relations, social media management, digital communication tools, and a foundational understanding of design or video production is highly valued.
  • Event awareness: Experience coordinating or supporting events in a communication context is advantageous.
  • Drive for continuous growth: Ambitious and eager to learn, with a readiness to embrace new technologies, trends, and communication techniques.
