Seeking: Experienced HR Manager/HRBP with a Passion for People and Organization

What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong focus on Performance Management.
- Fluent in English, with a good command of French and preferably also Dutch.
- A practical, organized approach to work and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Soft HR, Belgian social and labor law is a plus.
- A team player who is reliable and dedicated, with a passion for promoting employee engagement.
