المهام الوظيفية اليومية:

  • تنفيذ مهام الهندسة الميكانيكية والكهربائية في مشاريع البناء والبنية التحتية ضمن حدود إمارة أبوظبي.
  • المشاركة في تصميم أنظمة الأنابيب والتمديدات الصحية والكهربائية وفقًا لمعايير المشروع والمواصفات الهندسية.
  • إعداد وتطوير رسومات AutoCAD 3D والمساهمة في تطوير تصاميم ميكانيكية وكهربائية دقيقة.
  • المتابعة الميدانية لأنظمة شبكات الصرف الصحي والإشراف على تركيبها واختبارها بما يضمن التوافق مع خطط المشروع.
  • التعامل مع تصميم الدوائر الكهربائية وتطبيق المبادئ الأساسية في التركيبات الكهربائية في الأبنية.
  • المساعدة في مراجعة تنفيذ الأعمال والتأكد من تطابقها مع مواصفات التصميم بما يشمل الأعمال الصحية والميكانيكية والكهربائية.
  • دعم فريق العمل في مراحل إنشاء المباني مع الالتزام بالجدول الزمني وجودة الأعمال المقدمة.

نطاق العمل: التركيز الأساسي على أنظمة الأنابيب والصرف وتمديدات الكهرباء في مشاريع البناء، مع إمكانية المشاركة في تطبيقات هندسية داعمة مثل أنظمة التكييف، أنظمة إطفاء الحريق، والأنظمة الذكية للمباني حسب متطلبات المشروع.

  • ضرورة إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية لمتابعة الوثائق الفنية والتواصل الفعال مع فرق العمل والاستشاريين.

الهدف من الوظيفة: ضمان تنفيذ جميع أنظمة الميكانيكا والكهرباء بكفاءة ودقة بما يخدم جودة وتكامل المشروع، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار تطبيق أفضل المعايير الهندسية المعتمدة في الدولة.

Contexte & Mission : Intégré à une équipe projets chez un client orienté vision long terme, ce poste porte sur la gestion continue d’un portefeuille de 20 à 25 projets.
