Nous recrutons pour notre client, un acteur de référence de l'immobilier en Belgique, un Responsable développement immobilier pour intervenir principalement en phase amont des projets, depuis l’identification des opportunités jusqu’à leur préparation complète avant mise en exécution.


Vos responsabilités

  • Piloter les phases de conception, de l’analyse d’opportunités à la préparation du lancement chantier.
  • Évaluer la faisabilité des projets sur les plans urbanistique, technique et financier.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants (architectes, bureaux d’études, autorités, consultants).
  • Superviser les procédures d’obtention des permis et autorisations.
  • Définir et faire évoluer les concepts architecturaux et techniques.
  • Intégrer les enjeux de durabilité, ESG et performance énergétique.
  • Intervenir sur des projets de rénovation complexes au sein d’un portefeuille existant.
  • Préparer les dossiers techniques et assurer le transfert vers les équipes d’exécution.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en architecture, ingénierie, construction ou droit immobilier.
  • Expérience confirmée en développement immobilier et/ou projets de construction.
  • Maîtrise des procédures urbanistiques en Belgique.
  • Bonne compréhension des dimensions techniques, juridiques et financières des projets.
  • Bilingue français / néerlandais.
  • Esprit structuré, autonome et orienté résultats.
