IT Support Engineer 1st & 2nd Line

Wij zoeken een IT Support Engineer die technische ondersteuning biedt op eerste en tweede lijnsniveau voor onze organisatie in Leuven. U bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers met technische problemen en levert praktische, ter plaatse ondersteuning met nadruk op duidelijke communicatie en probleemoplossing.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Eerste-lijnondersteuning bieden aan eindgebruikers via ter plaatse bezoeken, telefoon en ticketingsystemen voor hardware-, software- en connectiviteitsproblemen
  • Hardware diagnosticeren en oplossen op desktopcomputers, laptops, printers en randapparatuur
  • Softwaretoepassingen en besturingssystemen installeren, configureren en bijwerken volgens organisatiestandaarden
  • Gebruikersaccounts, machtigingen en toegangsrechten beheren in Active Directory
  • Onopgeloste problemen escaleren naar tweede-lijnondersteuning met duidelijke documentatie
  • Nauwkeurige registratie bijhouden van alle ondersteuningstickets en oplossingen
  • Gebruikerstraining en begeleiding bieden over IT-tools en best practices
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren, inclusief systeemupdate en patchbeheer
  • Tweede-lijnactiviteiten ondersteunen, inclusief netwerkprobleemoplossing en serverwerkzaamheden
  • Samenwerken met IT-teamleden om ondersteuningsprocessen te verbeteren

Vereiste ervaring en expertise:

  • Bewezen ervaring in eerste- of tweede-lijnondersteuning, bij voorkeur in een multi-user organisatieomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van Windows besturingssystemen
  • Vertrouwdheid met Active Directory en basisnetwerkconcepten
  • Ervaring met Microsoft 365, Intune en moderne werkplekbeheer
  • Competentie in hardwareproblemen en randapparaatprobleemoplossing
  • Ervaring met IT-ticketingsystemen en documentatiepraktijken
  • Begrip van IT-beveiliging en gegevensbescherming
  • Vermogen om onafhankelijk te werken en meerdere aanvragen gelijktijdig te beheren
