Location: Brussels – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

This position covers the full project lifecycle of IT-driven automation solutions, from concept and development to implementation and support. Focus is on delivering robust SCADA systems, alongside server and infrastructure integration, for a varied range of clients in close collaboration with technical teams.

  • Develop and optimize SCADA solutions, with a focus on visualization, user interfaces, and customization (C# or similar languages).
  • Work on server and IT infrastructure to enable and maintain automation platforms and related solutions.
  • Customize existing SCADA platforms—current projects use an Austrian-developed platform, but experience with any leading SCADA systems (such as WinCC, Ignition, Aveva, Beckhoff) is welcomed.
  • Guide customers from requirements mapping and design to system delivery, configuration, and post-implementation aftercare.
  • Collaborate closely with Dutch-speaking clients and internal engineering teams to ensure technical alignment throughout all project phases.
  • Utilize knowledge of relevant protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus, BACnet, Profibus), server systems, and security systems in support of each project’s long-term performance and reliability.

  • Experience & Background: You have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in automation or IT/automation integration. You will receive several months of training.
  • Educational Foundation: You hold a bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Automation, IT, or a related field. A master’s degree is considered an asset but not essential—we care more about your proactive mindset and applied technical know-how.

Cryptography Transition Coordinator

About the Role: This position serves as a critical bridge in supporting our client’s transition within the banking sector to post-quantum cryptography (PQC). The role combines project planning & scheduling with active stakeholder management, ensuring all cryptographic transformation initiatives are organized and aligned across the organization.Plan, organize, and track efforts to achieve post-quantum cryptography readiness with multiple stakeholders.Coordinate workshops and strategic meetings with architects, managers, and technical experts to discuss crypto-agility and cryptographic practices.Support the transition strategy by working closely with the Chapter Lead to define priorities, objectives, and roadmaps for PQC adoption.Identify and help implement inventory management tools for cryptographic keys and materials.Drive communication and alignment between internal teams (IT, Security, Architecture) and with external partners to ensure consistent cryptographic standards and practices.Increase organizational awareness on crypto-agility through information sessions, collaboration, and advocacy campaigns.Utilize knowledge of cryptography concepts to effectively facilitate discussions and bridge understanding between technical and business stakeholders.This is an initial 6-month contract, with a possibility for extension, requiring excellent English proficiency and working knowledge of French or Dutch. Experience in IT or security transformation projects is a strong advantage.

Location: BrusselsContract: 01/01/2026 – 01/07/2026As a crucial member of the Cyber Defence team, this position ensures robust protection for the bank against unauthorized cyber activity. The role centers on the management of security incidents, execution of digital forensic analyses, and ongoing threat hunting operations. The role also leverages cyber intelligence insights to enhance incident detection and remediation capabilities.Lead and coordinate the organization’s response to security incidents, overseeing procedures and ensuring effective follow-up actions.Conduct digital forensics investigations, focusing on Windows systems to collect and preserve evidence relevant to potential breaches.Develop and maintain incident reaction plans and detailed runbooks to guide timely and consistent incident responses.Perform threat hunting by leveraging intelligence and findings from incidents to proactively identify latent risks within the digital ecosystem.Collect and analyze cyber threat intelligence to recognize impacted assets, evaluate potential attack scenarios, and support risk prioritization.Operate and interpret output from various logging, monitoring, IDS/IPS, and protocol analysis tools (such as Snort, Suricata, Bro, Argus, SiLK, tcpdump, WireShark).Employ SIEM and log platforms (QRadar, Splunk, ELK) for real-time threat monitoring and post-incident analysis.Utilize scripting and programming skills with Python, Ruby, PHP, and text manipulation tools (sed, awk, grep) to facilitate forensic processes and automate analysis tasks.Work in a multilingual environment requiring fluency in English (oral and written), with good command of French; Dutch is considered an asset.Daily activities are structured to advance the security posture of the bank by navigating, analyzing, and responding to both emerging and ongoing cyber threats within a dynamic team setting.
