Voor een internationaal en toonaangevend productiebedrijf in regio Waregem (West-Vlaanderen) zoeken we een Customer Service / Inside Sales Officer. Je staat in voor een vlotte en correcte opvolging van klanten en ondersteunt de salesafdeling met nauwkeurige administratie. Je beheert dossiers van A tot Z, verwerkt orders, volgt leveringen op en zorgt voor een professionele klantenervaring.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Opvolgen van klantendossiers vanaf bestelling tot levering.
• Verwerken en controleren van orders in het ERP-systeem.
• Klanten ondersteunen via telefoon en e-mail met duidelijke en tijdige informatie.
• Opstellen van offertes, rapportages en administratieve documenten.
• Proactief communiceren met planning, logistiek en finance om dossiers correct af te handelen.
• Registreren en oplossen van problemen, vertragingen of afwijkingen.

Operationele verantwoordelijkheden

• Orders aanmaken, opvolgen en bevestigen.
• Klant- en productgegevens up-to-date houden in het systeem.
• Communicatie verzorgen over levertijden, stock en beschikbaarheden.
• Documenten, prijslijsten en offertes voorbereiden voor sales.
• Klantenvragen en klachten analyseren en doorzetten naar de juiste afdeling.

Je profiel

• Bachelor denkniveau of relevante ervaring.
• Eerste ervaring binnen Customer Service, Inside Sales of administratie.
• Sterke kennis van Nederlands én Engels of Frans (beide is een pluspunt).
• Administratief nauwkeurig en sterk in structuur en opvolging.
• Communicatief, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een troef.
