Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Outside Sales Representative om het team in Antwerpen te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties, het identificeren van groeikansen en het aanbieden van op maat gemaakte logistieke oplossingen die perfect aansluiten op de behoeften van de klanten.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Klantgerichtheid: Organiseer en voer regelmatige gesprekken en bijeenkomsten met bestaande klanten om sterke relaties te onderhouden en nieuwe zakelijke kansen te identificeren.
  • Verkoopplanning en rapportage: Beheer een actief verkoopplan en zorg ervoor dat alle klantinteracties binnen 48 uur worden geregistreerd in het CRM-systeem. Monitor verkoopactiviteiten, klantbezoeken en behaalde resultaten nauwkeurig.
  • Ontwikkeling van nieuwe klanten: Identificeer en benader potentiële klanten om het klantenbestand verder uit te breiden en nieuwe zakelijke mogelijkheden te creëren.
  • Beheer van offertes en aanbestedingen: Coördineer klantgerichte offertes en aanbestedingen door samen te werken met interne teams om concurrerende, op tijd geleverde aanbiedingen te garanderen.
  • Samenwerking: Werk nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om de effectieve uitvoering van verkoopstrategieën en klantgerichte oplossingen te waarborgen.
Description du profil

Jouw ideale achtergrond:

  • Industriekennis: Grondige kennis van de scheepvaartindustrie, met name forwarding en LCL (Less-than-Container Load).
  • Taalvaardigheden: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is vereist. Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een mooie extra.
  • Klantgerichtheid: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak. In staat om naar klanten te luisteren, hun behoeften te begrijpen en op maat gemaakte oplossingen aan te bieden.
  • Zelfstandigheid: Proactief en in staat om zelfstandig te werken en nieuwe zakelijke kansen te genereren.
  • Reisbereidheid: Flexibel om te reizen, inclusief naar Frankrijk, Nederland of Duitsland, indien nodig.
