Your Challenge
As a Recruitment Consultant at Gentis, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented professionals with companies looking for top expertise. You’ll combine your recruitment knowledge with a strong commercial mindset to develop both candidates and clients.
You’ll build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, understand their ambitions, and guide them towards the right career opportunities. At the same time, you’ll actively develop client relationships by identifying new business opportunities, understanding hiring challenges, and creating tailored recruitment solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Proactively developing new business opportunities and expanding Gentis’ client portfolio.
- Building strong partnerships with existing and new clients.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development and sourcing to interviews, negotiations, and successful placements.
- Identifying and attracting top talent through social media, your network, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Advising clients and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Negotiating collaboration agreements and ensuring long-term partnerships.
Who Are You?
You’re a driven, ambitious professional who combines a passion for people with a strong commercial mindset. You enjoy building relationships, creating opportunities, and achieving results.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in recruitment.
- Has strong experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Is a natural networker who enjoys building long-term professional relationships.
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and takes ownership of their results.
- Thinks and communicates at Bachelor’s or Master’s level, or equivalent.
- Is fluent in Dutch and English.
