Als Customer Care Executive - Import/Export ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten binnen de import- en exportsector. Je beheert de volledige customer journey van A tot Z, waarbij je klanten proactief en klantvriendelijk ondersteunt tijdens alle fases van hun dossier.

  • Begeleiden van klanten doorheen het volledige logistieke proces bij import en export.
  • Antwoorden op en opvolgen van klantvragen, opmerkingen en klachten via diverse communicatiekanalen in het Nederlands en Engels; gebruik van Frans en Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe partijen om snel tot efficiënte oplossingen te komen.
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratie en het opvolgen van procedures conform bedrijfsrichtlijnen.
  • Planning en prioritering van taken volgens de vereiste deadlines en last-minute aanpassingen binnen een veranderende logistieke omgeving.
  • Optimaliseren van klantrelaties via Customer Relationship Management en bijdragen aan teamcoördinatie.
  • Bijdragen aan een soepel verlopend operationeel proces, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de teams van supply chain en kantoorbeheer.
  • Rapporteren aan de Customer Care Teamlead inzake dossierstatus en relevante klantissues.
  • Efficiënt gebruik maken van software en digitale tools bij het uitvoeren van dagelijkse taken.

De focus in deze rol ligt op strakke tijdsplanning, klanttevredenheid en een accurate afhandeling van elk klantcontact in een dynamisch logistiek werkveld.

Description du profil

Wij zijn op zoek naar kandidaten die zich herkennen in het volgende profiel:

  • Beschikken over een bachelordiploma – bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting – of zijn equivalent door relevante ervaring en hebben een oprechte interesse in de logistieke sector.
  • Voelen zich als een vis in het water in een dynamische omgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is en weten zich moeiteloos aan te passen aan veranderende situaties.
  • Hebben uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, waarmee ze op een vriendelijke en professionele manier duurzame klantrelaties opbouwen en onderhouden.
  • Krijgen energie van het werken onder tijdsdruk en halen voldoening uit het maken van snelle, doordachte beslissingen.
  • Blijven altijd het overzicht behouden, stellen prioriteiten en weten te anticiperen op onverwachte situaties.
  • Denken in oplossingen in plaats van problemen en handelen steeds uiterst nauwkeurig en klantgericht.
  • Beheersen zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal vloeiend, in woord en geschrift, en hebben een goede basiskennis van het Frans en/of Duits.
  • Hebben een moderne, IT-vaardige instelling en leren snel nieuwe systemen of software aan.
  • Zijn echte teamspelers die samen met collega’s streven naar de best mogelijke klantbeleving.
