Key Account Manager — Leisure & Experiences
About the Role
You will own the full commercial cycle for a high-potential product vertical, sourcing new brands, negotiating terms, and managing accounts to maximize revenue per partner. You'll work closely with Operations, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to turn signed partnerships into high-performing sales events. This is a revenue-driven position where relationship-building is the means, not the end.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and sign brands across a diverse product universe, active in regional and European markets
- Build and qualify a pipeline with enough volume to sustain consistent monthly sales across multiple sub-categories
- Negotiate commercial agreements including commission structures, stock depth, exclusivity terms, and pricing with a clear view of deal viability
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth logistics, custody handovers, and post-sale reconciliation
- Track performance KPIs per account and use them as leverage in renewal and upsell conversations
- Stay sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and new brand launches relevant to the premium consumer segment
Ideal Candidate Profile
You bring 3 to 5 years of B2B sales, account management, or commercial experience with exposure to consumer goods, distribution, or retail. Regional market experience is strongly preferred, and experience managing multi-category portfolios is a meaningful plus.
You're analytically comfortable reading performance reports and translating data into commercial conversations. You're organized enough to run 20+ active accounts without losing momentum on new prospecting.
Your mindset is fundamentally hunter-oriented. You have sharp commercial instincts and serious ambition — you're not here to manage a portfolio, you're here to grow one. You set aggressive targets, chase them relentlessly, and don't stop when you hit them. You're revenue-obsessed: you track your numbers daily, know your pipeline by heart, and measure every brand relationship by what it generates. Brand development isn't a process for you — it's a competitive sport.
You're fluent in English; Arabic language fluency is a genuine advantage.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary with uncapped variable compensation
- Ownership of a high-potential vertical with direct exposure to leadership
- A fast-moving, no-nonsense environment where performance is visible and rewarded
- The opportunity to shape how a premium brand discovers and partners with the platform
