Als Accountant ben je de financiële spil in een dynamisch team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen en biedt ondersteuning bij diverse administratieve en operationele processen.

Dankzij jouw ervaring en pragmatische aanpak zorg je voor een vlekkeloze financiële administratie en ondersteun je collega's waar nodig. Je werkt nauw samen met externe accountants, de CFO en je teamgenoten om ervoor te zorgen dat alle financiële processen soepel verlopen en aan alle regelgeving wordt voldaan.


Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheer van de boekhouding (A tot Z) van diverse entiteiten, inclusief voorbereiding van aangiftes (BTW, intracommunautaire listing, Intrastat)
  • Verwerking van aankoopfacturen, betalingen en bankbestanden via Exact Online, Zenvoices, Isabel en interne veilingsoftware
  • Coördinatie van maand- en jaarafsluitingen, inclusief reconciliaties en intercompany-afstemmingen
  • Samenwerking met externe accountants en de CFO voor rapportages (Emasphere) en audits
  • Back-up bieden voor crediteuren- en debiteurenbeheer
  • Actieve bijdrage aan procesoptimalisaties en efficiëntieverbeteringen binnen de financiële afdeling


Profiel van de kandidaat

We zoeken een ervaren accountant met een sterke financiële achtergrond, praktische kennis van boekhoudingsoftware en een hands-on mentaliteit. Je bent iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, structuur brengt in complexe processen en altijd op zoek bent naar verbeteringen. Je communiceert vloeiend in meerdere talen en kunt goed samenwerken in een internationaal team. Boven alles ben je betrouwbaar, verantwoordelijk en gericht op het leveren van kwaliteit.


Vereiste ervaring en expertise:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy/Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in een internationale of dienstverlenende omgeving.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Praktische ervaring met financiële software zoals Exact Online, Zenvoices, Emasphere en Isabel is een plus.
