Ce poste allie expertise technique et approche commerciale dans un environnement axé sur l’innovation et le développement produit. Le titulaire accompagne des projets techniques à long terme en maintenant un fort accent sur la relation client et la réussite commerciale durable.

  • Identifier et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités à forte composante technique au sein de secteurs innovants.
  • Accompagner les clients tout au long du cycle de développement, de l’analyse du besoin jusqu’à la mise en œuvre technique, en garantissant la pertinence des solutions proposées.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (recherche et développement, production, qualité) afin de co-développer des solutions innovantes et adaptées aux enjeux clients.
  • Participer à la définition des roadmaps produits en intégrant les tendances du marché et en anticipant les évolutions sectorielles.
  • Gérer la relation client sur la durée, dans une logique de partenariat technique stratégique.
  • Assurer le suivi des projets R&D, faciliter la communication entre toutes les parties prenantes et garantir l’avancement cohérent des développements techniques.

L’environnement de travail s’appuie sur des projets d’envergure alliant technologie, analyse de marché et compréhension fine des besoins clients, offrant une position clé entre commercial et R&D.

Description du profil

Nous recherchons des candidat(e)s qui incarnent un rare équilibre entre expertise technique et sens aigu du service client, capables de naviguer aisément dans des environnements complexes de R&D tout en gardant une vision orientée résultats commerciaux.

  • Curiosité scientifique et orientation solution : Vous aimez comprendre en profondeur les matériaux, la chimie ou l’innovation technique, et savez traduire la complexité en avantages clairs pour le client.
  • Solides bases techniques : Vous disposez d’une formation supérieure en chimie, matériaux ou équivalent, doublée d’une expérience concrète à l’interface entre la technique et le développement commercial.
  • Excellente capacité relationnelle : Vous excellez dans l’écoute et l’analyse des besoins, et tissez facilement des partenariats à long terme avec des interlocuteurs variés – qu’ils soient techniques ou commerciaux.
  • Esprit d’analyse et rigueur : Vous êtes méthodique dans l’identification des besoins, pragmatique dans la proposition de solutions, et fiable dans le suivi des évolutions de projet.
  • Autonomie et esprit d’initiative : Savoir prendre des décisions, anticiper les tendances et gérer les priorités vous distingue dans votre approche quotidienne.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe : Vous aimez collaborer, partager votre expertise et avancer main dans la main avec les équipes R&D, production et qualité pour garantir le succès collectif.
  • Maîtrise linguistique : Vous communiquez aisément en français et en néerlandais dans un contexte professionnel, ce qui vous permet de créer des liens avec des clients ou collègues issus de milieux culturels différents.

Role Overview: As a Senior IBM WebSphere ND & Liberty Cloud Engineer, you will oversee the management and modernization of a legacy WebSphere ND infrastructure, while serving as a subject matter expert in facilitating migration to the IBM Liberty cloud solution. This position requires a keen focus on delivering robust, scalable solutions and acting as a technology referent within a dynamic, cross-functional team based primarily in Belgium.Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize the existing IBM WebSphere ND platform, ensuring its stability and operational excellence across business-critical environments.Cloud Migration: Lead and support the transition of traditional WebSphere applications to IBM Liberty within a private cloud, working alongside architects, infra suppliers, and technology engineers to create a future-proof platform.Team Guidance: Guide and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support, incident resolution, and implementation in line with the group's technology roadmap and standards.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers, service providers, and APS production support teams.
