Als International Sales Manager ben jij het commerciële brein achter de groei in Noord-, Centraal- en Oost-Europa. Je bent de spilfiguur tussen onze innovatieve snijoplossingen en een internationaal netwerk van partners. Jouw rol is uniek: je combineert strategisch partnerbeheer met hands-on verkoopbegeleiding bij eindklanten in diverse voedingssectoren (groenten, vlees, kaas, etc.).

Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische omgeving van een expanderend Belgisch familiebedrijf met een wereldwijde impact. Succes in deze rol opent deuren naar verdere specialisatie of een bredere expertrol binnen de organisatie.


Wat ga je doen?

  • Partner- & Netwerkbeheer: Je stuurt lokale agenten en distributeurs aan, motiveert hen en deelt actief technische kennis om de verkoopdoelstellingen te maximaliseren.
  • Commerciële Begeleiding: Je reist mee naar eindklanten voor technische toelichtingen, het opstellen van offertes en het voeren van finale onderhandelingen.
  • Business Development: Je analyseert de markt proactief, detecteert groeikansen en focust op projecten met het grootste potentieel.
  • Strategie & Rapportering: Je bepaalt prioriteiten, volgt concurrenten op de voet en rapporteert je resultaten aan de Area Sales Manager.


Jouw profiel

  • Achtergrond: Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master diploma en hebt reeds ervaring in de internationale B2B-verkoop van investeringsgoederen (bijv. industriële machines of de voedingsindustrie).
  • Skills: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Ervaring in het aansturen van een internationaal distributienetwerk is een must.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een natuurlijke communicator en sparringpartner. Je werkt planmatig en blijft efficiënt presteren onder tijdsdruk of in complexe situaties.
  • Reisbereidheid: Je kijkt ernaar uit om ongeveer 40% van je tijd internationaal te reizen.
  • Competenties: Je ziet kansen uit eigen beweging, bent besluitvaardig en weet anderen te overtuigen van jouw visie, terwijl je altijd handelt vanuit de behoeften van de klant.
