As a Sales Lead for a mission-driven wellness brand in Dubai, the role focuses on driving commercial growth and enhancing brand presence across the region. Operating within both B2B and B2C channels, responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients by proactively targeting partners and prospects within the wellness, fitness, FMCG, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships, building sustainable relationships that support ongoing business development objectives.
  • Representing the brand at events, activations, and pop-up venues across Dubai and the wider UAE, ensuring high engagement and maintaining brand standards.
  • Collaborating with marketing on brand strategy, contributing commercial insights and participating in cross-functional projects that enhance brand reach and impact.
  • Utilizing CRM tools to track leads and manage customer interactions, ensuring data-driven follow-up and robust account management.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales KPIs to optimize pipeline performance and inform ongoing business development actions.
  • Conducting market analysis, identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations for commercial expansion.

The position requires frequent travel to events and external meetings; fluency in both Arabic and English is necessary for effective regional partnership building and representation.

  • Essential requirements: Fluency in Arabic, proficiency in English, a valid UAE driving license, and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
