Community Manager & Creative Designer
Position Overview
We're seeking a creative professional to join our team as a hybrid Community & Creative role. This position sits at the intersection of social media strategy, visual design, and influencer partnerships—bringing together community building, content creation, and brand storytelling into one dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities
Community Growth & Engagement
- Develop and execute content strategies across social platforms, with a focus on building an engaged, loyal community
- Create bold, trend-driven ideas that position the brand as a standout player in the luxury and fashion space
- Monitor performance metrics, test new content formats, and continuously optimize for engagement and growth
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Produce engaging, premium-quality content including reels, stories, and campaign visuals
- Shoot and edit videos using industry-standard tools
- Stay ahead of social media trends while maintaining a sophisticated, luxury tone of voice
Creative & Graphic Design
- Design digital assets such as banners, newsletters, campaign visuals, and event branding materials
- Maintain brand consistency and elevate the visual identity across all digital touchpoints
- Serve as a mini art director, bringing a strong aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to detail to every creative piece
Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and content creators in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors
- Manage gifting, seeding, and collaboration campaigns to amplify brand awareness
- Build and nurture relationships with key creators to strengthen brand positioning
Strategic Creative Direction
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align creative output with overall brand strategy
- Contribute ideas and direction to shape the visual identity and artistic vision
- Propose fresh, innovative concepts to position the brand as a trendsetter in the premium e-commerce space
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in community management, with demonstrated expertise on at least one major social platform
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work, including digital assets, campaign visuals, and newsletter designs
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
- Hands-on experience with video editing software
- Background in influencer marketing, including sourcing, gifting, and managing creator collaborations
Creative & Professional Qualities
- Natural storyteller with a keen eye for luxury and fashion aesthetics
- Startup mentality: agile, resourceful, and comfortable working hands-on across multiple areas
- Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with creative execution
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
Location
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
