FP&A Analyst – Financial Planning & Reporting

This position is part of the FP&A team in Brussels, reporting to the FP&A Manager and closely collaborating with the CFO, Finance Management Team, Actuarial, and Underwriting departments. The FP&A Analyst supports the organization’s financial performance and planning cycle, particularly in the Property & Casualty and Marine insurance segments.

  • Preparing financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and management reports with high accuracy and in line with group objectives.
  • Supporting automation and continuous improvement of financial reporting tools and processes, including Power BI.
  • Compiling management, statutory, and regulatory financial statements for the legal entity, ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as GAAP.
  • Delivering relevant financial analysis and commentary, especially with regard to insurance sector performance.
  • Contributing to strategic finance projects and ensuring their alignment with the wider business strategy.
  • Working with subject matter experts from finance and related functions to promote best practices in the FP&A and finance team.

Day-to-day work requires the use of Excel, Power BI, accounting software such as Oracle and CODA, and the application of advanced financial reporting and budgeting practices. Fluency in English is required as this is the working language across teams. The role allows efficient hybrid remote and in-office work and expects effective collaboration with other business units.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, and you use technology to enhance the quality and efficiency of financial reporting.

  • Strong Professional Foundation: You demonstrate fluency in English, both written and verbal. Additional proficiency in Dutch or French is appreciated. A background in the insurance sector is an advantage but not a requirement.

MES Engineer – Siemens OpCenter Pharma Specialist

Role Overview: As an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Engineer specializing in Siemens OpCenter Execution Pharma, you will support the automation team in the design, development, and start-up of a new plasma purification production line. Your expertise will focus on on-site commissioning activities, testing, and validation, ensuring all MES applications meet project and industry requirements.Coordinate between the engineering team and System Integrator MES programmers during project start-up after application delivery.Participate in MES test executions on the shop floor, directly supporting field engineers in resolving MES issues encountered during commissioning phases.Execute tests in the MES validation environment and accurately complete associated validation protocols using KNEAT or similar systems.Implement corrections related to identified commissioning punch items and review technical solutions provided by the System Integrator, guaranteeing adherence to programming guidelines and project standards.Ensure compliance with best practices for MES development and integration, as relevant to the pharmaceutical production environment.Work primarily on-site at Takeda Lessines (minimum three days per week), with partial homeworking possible depending on project activity.Requirements:Bachelor’s or engineering degree in Computer Science, Automation, or a related discipline, or equivalent proven experience.Practical knowledge of MES Siemens OpCenter Execution Pharma and pharmaceutical industry standards is essential.Proven background in virtual commissioning, integration testing, and MES system validation.Professional proficiency in both French and English is required.Familiarity with batch process manufacturing is considered an asset.

Comptable Fonds de Pension Expérimenté(e)

Au sein d’une structure spécialisée en comptabilité de fonds de pension, le poste consiste à assurer la gestion complète de plusieurs dossiers clients institutionnels.Gestion comptable de A à Z des fonds de pension, incluant l’enregistrement des opérations, le suivi du grand livre, la préparation et la clôture annuelle des comptes.Préparation des déclarations réglementaires à destination de la FSMA et de la BNB, avec production de reportings détaillés pour les Conseils d’Administration.Établissement des états financiers annuels et des rapports périodiques à présenter lors des conseils et AGO.Responsabilité de l’organisation administrative des Assemblées Générales et du suivi des obligations légales.Analyse et suivi des données chiffrées : en collaboration avec les clients et les actuaires, analyse des écarts ou problèmes éventuels et proposition de solutions adaptées.Relations régulières avec une clientèle exigeante, principalement composée de grandes entreprises et de multinationales basées en Belgique.Contribution à la digitalisation et à l’amélioration des outils comptables avec un souci constant d’efficacité et d’innovation.Travail dans un environnement multilingue, nécessitant l’utilisation quotidienne du français et du néerlandais (l’anglais constituant un atout).L'objectif principal du poste est d’assurer la conformité réglementaire et la fiabilité des process comptables, tout en accompagnant et conseillant les clients dans leurs problématiques liées à la gestion de fonds de pension.
