Group Procurement S2P Product Specialist

Als Group Procurement S2P Product Specialist ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van ons Source-to-Pay platform op groepsniveau. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie van het platform, maar speelt ook een cruciale rol in de implementatie en continue verbetering ervan. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders, externe leveranciers en internationale teams om ervoor te zorgen dat alle processen efficiënt, compliant en gebruiksvriendelijk zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het S2P-platform na de implementatiefase en zorg je voor een soepele operationele uitvoering
  • Je bent actief betrokken bij de implementatie en uitrol van het platform naar verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie
  • Je beheert gebruikersrechten, ondersteunt key users en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen het platform optimaal kan gebruiken
  • Je organiseert en geeft trainingen aan interne gebruikers en externe leveranciers om hun vaardigheden te vergroten
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van processen en beheert third-party risico's om compliance te waarborgen
  • Je identificeert kansen voor verbeteringen en automatiseringen op basis van zakelijke behoeften en implementeert deze proactief
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor troubleshooting en ondersteunt gebruikers bij vragen en problemen

Het ideale kandidaatprofiel

We zoeken een gedreven professional met een sterke achtergrond in procurement en supply chain management. Je bent iemand die niet alleen de technische kant van Source-to-Pay platforms begrijpt, maar ook de bedrijfsprocessen erachter. Je bent analytisch ingesteld, gestructureerd in je aanpak en resultaatgericht in alles wat je doet.

Jouw achtergrond en ervaring

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain Management of een gelijkwaardige kwalificatie ondersteund door relevante werkervaring
  • Je beschikt over minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in procurement, strategic sourcing of supply chain management
  • Je hebt sterke kennis van Source-to-Pay processen en S2P-platforms
  • Ervaring met Coupa of vergelijkbare tools is een grote plus

  • Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht in je aanpak
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt complexe processen helder uitleggen aan diverse doelgroepen
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels; kennis van Nederlands of een ander Europese taal is een plus
  • Je bent proactief en identificeert voortdurend mogelijkheden voor verbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Je bent bereid om occasioneel te reizen voor implementaties, procesbegeleiding en trainingen
  • Je werkt graag in een internationale omgeving en kunt flexibel inspelen op veranderende prioriteiten
