Position: Hotel Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: General Manager/Owner
Property Type: Luxurious Hotel


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Operational Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service across all departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, etc.).
    • Monitor and improve service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
  2. Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff to maintain excellent service standards.
    • Motivate staff to achieve performance targets and ensure a positive work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or training as needed.
  3. Customer Service:
    • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Foster a guest-centric culture, ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.
    • Develop initiatives to enhance guest experience and encourage repeat business.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.
    • Oversee revenue management, pricing strategies, and cost control measures.
    • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management or owners.
  5. Sales and Marketing:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
    • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and ways to improve revenue.
    • Ensure the hotel is marketed effectively across all channels, both online and offline.
  6. Facility Management:
    • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the hotel to ensure facilities are in good condition.
    • Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
    • Ensure the hotel meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
Description du profil

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and relevant industry regulations.
