The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for the management and enhancement of relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies, trade agencies, diplomatic missions, and business councils. This role focuses on promoting international partnerships, optimizing investor engagement processes, and supporting the organization’s strategic investment objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and strengthen connections with external stakeholders while supporting the Director and Senior Manager of Investor Relations.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, organize, and provide operational support for roadshows, delegation visits, and various investment-focused events.
- International Partner Network: Contribute to developing and maintaining a global partner network through proactive outreach and ongoing relationship management.
- Annual Events Calendar: Collaborate internally to plan and coordinate a comprehensive annual calendar of investor-related activities.
- MOU Drafting & Review: Prepare, draft, and review Memoranda of Understanding with external entities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Process Improvement: Support enhancements in lead generation, investor services, and the effective use of CRM tools to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Aftercare for Investors: Help design and monitor aftercare initiatives to ensure continued value for existing investors.
- Reporting & Internal Operations: Participate in team onboarding, regular reporting activities, and departmental planning efforts to support internal alignment and compliance.
This position operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and problem-solving. The role requires fluency in English, a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a similar field, and expertise in stakeholder management, event planning, analytical review, and CRM system utilization.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in investor relations, stakeholder engagement, and investment promotion. The ideal candidate will have at least 5–6 years of experience working with public and private sector partners, particularly in the context of foreign direct investment (FDI). They should be skilled in managing high-level stakeholder relationships, coordinating international events and delegation visits, and supporting lead generation and aftercare processes. A strong understanding of international business environments, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools are essential. The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
