Verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van kredietbrieven en het vestigen van waarborgen voor nieuwe hypothecaire en professionele kredieten, zoals kaskredieten, straight loans en investeringskredieten. Je zorgt samen met het team voor het administratief beheer en de registratie van de kredietportefeuille in het systeem. Dit omvat:

  • Hypotheekoverdrachten
  • Verandering van kredietnemers
  • Toevoegen van nieuwe voorwaarden
  • Wijzigen of vrijgeven van waarborgen

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van kredietafdelingen, verkooppunten en externe partijen zoals notarissen.

Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de opvolging van boekhoudkundige rekeningen en het verwerken en rapporteren van statistieken.

  • Gebruik van Word en Excel voor administratie en rapportage
  • Basiskennis van kredieten en waarborgen
  • (Administratieve) verwerking of analyse van dossiers
  • Effectieve communicatie in het Nederlands en Frans
Description du profil

Wij zoeken kandidaten met sterk analytisch inzicht en nauwkeurigheid. U heeft een bachelor in een juridische of bedrijfseconomische richting, beschikt over basiskennis van kredieten en waarborgen, en hebt ervaring met kredietdossiers. Ervaring binnen een notariaat is een pluspunt.

  • Communicatief sterk: U legt vlot contact met diverse stakeholders dankzij uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Teamspeler: U werkt goed samen met collega’s en externe partners, en draagt bij aan een constructieve samenwerking.

Job DescriptionOne of my partners is seeking an enthusiastic Legal Advisor to join and strengthen their Legal team. In this varied and stimulating role, you will work at the intersection of commercial real estate law and general commercial law, supporting Belgium's dynamic retail and services sector through a period of significant transformation. You will monitor and analyse Belgian and European legislation, translate complex legal developments into clear, actionable insights, and help member companies—ranging from online platforms to large retail chains—understand and apply new and existing rules. Your work will span commercial leases, permits, energy policies (including solar panels and charging station regulations), B2C e-commerce legislation, and digital commerce. You will draft sector positions, defend them with stakeholders at regional, federal, and European levels, and organize knowledge-sharing activities such as seminars, working groups, and meetings.
