For one of our clients active in the Real Estate sector, I am looking for a Senior Tax advisor.


Join their Legal & Tax team as a Senior Tax Advisor and help shape the fiscal strategy of a leading company. You will manage fiscal compliance, identify tax-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Calculate corporate tax provisions and prepare tax returns for assigned companies
  • Provide VAT expertise, optimize deductions, and ensure compliance with VAT regulations
  • Manage fiscal data for tax authorities and respond to queries from various departments
  • Stay updated on fiscal legislation and assess the impact of new laws
  • Assist Tax Managers with tax rulings, internal transactions, and new contracts
  • Communicate with foreign fiduciaries and handle tax-related documents


Description du profil

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in taxation, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in tax administration tools (Intervat, Biztax, Microsoft Office, Kluwer Superfisc), SAP is a plus
  • Diligent, detail-oriented, and committed
  • Fluent in French, understanding Dutch; English is a plus

U waarborgt een correcte naleving en bewaakt de belangen van de organisatie.Wijzigingen en claims: Coördineren van wijzigingen in projectafspraken en beheren van dossiers met betrekking tot claims, schadegevallen of afwijkingen.
