Senior Tax Analyst
For one of our clients active in the Real Estate sector, I am looking for a Senior Tax advisor.
Join their Legal & Tax team as a Senior Tax Advisor and help shape the fiscal strategy of a leading company. You will manage fiscal compliance, identify tax-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Calculate corporate tax provisions and prepare tax returns for assigned companies
- Provide VAT expertise, optimize deductions, and ensure compliance with VAT regulations
- Manage fiscal data for tax authorities and respond to queries from various departments
- Stay updated on fiscal legislation and assess the impact of new laws
- Assist Tax Managers with tax rulings, internal transactions, and new contracts
- Communicate with foreign fiduciaries and handle tax-related documents
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in taxation, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in tax administration tools (Intervat, Biztax, Microsoft Office, Kluwer Superfisc), SAP is a plus
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and committed
- Fluent in French, understanding Dutch; English is a plus
