Voor onze afdeling Logistiek & Supply Chain zoeken we een ervaren Customs Compliance Manager:


  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en het geven van douanetrainingen, evenals het opstellen en onderhouden van procedures met betrekking tot douane en accijnzen.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor douanevragen die niet door onze operationele douanemedewerkers kunnen worden beantwoord.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de implementatie van douaneoplossingen voor nieuwe klanten en het verlenen van projectmatige ondersteuning voor douaneactiviteiten en processen.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij verzoeken om rectificatie, teruggave of bijbetaling, en het afhandelen van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures indien nodig.
  • Het proactief identificeren en implementeren van verbeteringen binnen onze douaneactiviteiten om efficiëntie en naleving te waarborgen.
  • Het uitvoeren van audits, zowel intern als extern, volgens de richtlijnen van ons managementteam voor de Benelux. Deze audits worden vaak uitgevoerd op verschillende locaties binnen ons netwerk.


Description du profil

Je ideale achtergrond:


  • Afgeronde opleidingen op het gebied van Douane, bijvoorbeeld via Portilog of UA.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met Compliance is een absolute vereiste.
  • Kennis van douaneaangiftesoftware, zoals bijvoorbeeld Streamliner.
  • Ervaring met het aanvragen van douanevergunningen en bekendheid met AEO-procedures.
  • Ruime ervaring met het uitvoeren van douane-audits en het rapporteren hierover.
  • Gedegen ervaring met het afhandelen van douanezaken en het onderhouden van contacten met de Douane.
  • Kennis van bonded warehousing is een plus.
