Pour le compte d'une multinationale, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Directeur Général dans l'industrie agroalimentaire pour leur filliale en Côte d'Ivoire.


Missions Principales :

En tant que Directeur Général d’Usine Agroalimentaire, vos missions seront variées et cruciales pour assurer le succès opérationnel de l'entreprise. Vous serez responsable du pilotage du P&L et du management global de l'entreprise, avec une attention particulière portée aux domaines suivants :

  • Finance.
  • People Management
  • Planification de la Production
  • Approvisionnement
  • Parc Machine, Maintenance
  • Process et Amélioration Continue
  • Qualité
  • Développement Commercial
  • Relations Extérieures
Description du profil

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat idéal devrait posséder les qualifications suivantes :

  • 15 ans d'expérience en tant que manager dans l'industrie agroalimentaire.
  • Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 dans une spécialité agroalimentaire ou industrielle.
  • Un second diplôme de type master en commerce ou en management constituerait un atout supplémentaire.

Le poste est ouvert aux candidats du monde entier, compétents pour le poste et maîtrisant couramment le français.

PMO Manager – IPO Readiness & Execution

Gentis is working on an exclusive and highly confidential mandate for a key player in the Saudi market. We are urgently hiring an experienced PMO Manager to lead and coordinate an IPO readiness and execution program. This role plays a central part in ensuring the company’s successful transition to public listing under Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations.Full-time role based in Saudi Arabia.Main Responsibilities include:Lead and coordinate the IPO program across multiple workstreams (Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, IT, etc.).Establish and manage a centralized IPO governance framework with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Ensure full alignment with CMA regulations and Saudi listing requirements.Track progress, highlight risks, and ensure timely completion of all IPO-related tasks.Act as the key interface with external advisors (investment banks, auditors, and legal counsel) and internal stakeholdersMaintain rigorous risk and issue tracking, ensuring transparency and accountability.Prepare clear and concise executive reporting dashboards for senior management and shareholders.Support organizational change management to prepare the company for post-IPO operations.
