Pour le compte d'une multinationale, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Directeur Général dans l'industrie agroalimentaire pour leur filliale en Côte d'Ivoire.


Missions Principales :

En tant que Directeur Général d’Usine Agroalimentaire, vos missions seront variées et cruciales pour assurer le succès opérationnel de l'entreprise. Vous serez responsable du pilotage du P&L et du management global de l'entreprise, avec une attention particulière portée aux domaines suivants :

  • Finance.
  • People Management
  • Planification de la Production
  • Approvisionnement
  • Parc Machine, Maintenance
  • Process et Amélioration Continue
  • Qualité
  • Développement Commercial
  • Relations Extérieures
Description du profil

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat idéal devrait posséder les qualifications suivantes :

  • 15 ans d'expérience en tant que manager dans l'industrie agroalimentaire.
  • Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 dans une spécialité agroalimentaire ou industrielle.
  • Un second diplôme de type master en commerce ou en management constituerait un atout supplémentaire.

Le poste est ouvert aux candidats du monde entier, compétents pour le poste et maîtrisant couramment le français.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO plays a pivotal role in steering a company’s financial strategy and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and accounting frameworks. As the most senior finance executive in the organization, the Head of Finance oversees all aspects of financial planning, reporting, control, and risk management, while serving as a key advisor to the board and investment committee.This role requires deep technical knowledge of IFRS standards – particularly IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 – as well as practical expertise in applying the Premium Allocation Approach (PAA) and the General Measurement Model (GMM) within the insurance sector. While an actuarial background is advantageous, the position fundamentally combines hands-on leadership with strategic financial management.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management: Lead the entire finance function, ensuring high standards of financial governance, accountability, and performance. Set direction for the finance team, drive execution, and act as the financial steward of the organization at the executive level.Regulatory Reporting: Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports in compliance with applicable national regulations and standards. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the company’s financial practices remain consistently aligned.Financial Strategy and Analysis: Develop and implement forward-looking financial strategies to support sustainable business growth. Apply financial modeling and scenario planning, particularly within the IFRS 17 framework (PAA and GMM), to guide decision-making and performance evaluation.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary financial counterpart to the board, investment committee, and other governance bodies. Deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations that support high-quality executive and board-level decision-making.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company’s financial operations adhere to regulatory, accounting, and internal control requirements. Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies to protect financial stability and corporate assets.Investment Accounting: Oversee the treatment and presentation of investment portfolios in line with accounting standards such as IFRS 9. Ensure appropriate valuation, classification, and reporting of financial instruments.Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the development of comprehensive financial models and planning tools to simulate business scenarios, assess capital needs, and support executive decisions. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial KPIs, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis.
